For over a decade, Jon Straub has been a serial entrepreneur in the health and wellness industry. As someone who’s worked the long hours, sacrificed time with loved ones, and experienced the internal struggle between work and life, he knows that health and wellness is the first thing to fall by the wayside.

He’s on a mission to change that. Because health is the most effective productivity tool we have.

Life before health

Before embarking on his mission to help people live happy, healthy, and productive lives, Jon enjoyed a successful career in sales and marketing, working for several early stage and Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his professional life, he has fostered relationships with a range of blue-chip organizations, including Apple, Wal-Mart, Microsoft, Pfizer, and more.

From negotiating advertising sales packages for the Super Bowl with the FOX Network to building a national network of doctors with thousands of members, to sitting on the Board for the American Heart Foundation, Jon has accomplished a huge amount in his 20 years of business.

Health & Wellness

After his success in the corporate world, Jon looked to change the world of health and wellness. He has founded a number of prominent health and wellness companies, including Lada Labs and Integrative Holistic.

Jon has studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where he received training from health experts like Dr. Andrew Weill, Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Deepak Chopra, and many more.

Jon’s Philosophy

Since working in the health and wellness industry as an entrepreneur and life coach, Jon has condensed his personal philosophy into two main pillars:

  1. Primary Food: Food isn’t the only thing that affects your health – it’s your relationships, career, exercise and spiritual awareness that ultimately nourish you

  2. Bio-Individuality: Each one of us has a unique set of dietary and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison.
